Bulgaria is the location for PEER 1’s latest service enhancement, where ten dedicated monitoring and quality assurance professionals provide 24×7 eyes and ears at its Regional Operations Centre, watching and trouble-shooting server issues, intrusion detection and validating false positives.

As a result the UK-based customer service team of Technical Account Managers and Business Development Consultants is now able to concentrate even harder on supporting customers around Europe and proactively managing their infrastructure.
