Ping Network Solutions also increases client base by 25% and employee headcount by 33% in last 12 months
26th April 2019 - Scotland-based systems integrator, Ping Network Solutions, has announced that it has achieved Cisco Gold Partner Status. Having previously been a Cisco Premier Partner, the elevation in partner tier makes Ping Network Solutions the only indigenous and independent company in Scotland to hold the prestigious gold certification.
Today’s announcement follows a bumper year for the company, which has not only increased its customer base by 25% but has also seen employee headcount increase by a third from the same period last year.
From its launch, Ping’s objective was to achieve the highest status of Cisco’s partner programme which it has now been recognised in. This is a direct result of being a Cisco focussed solutions provider with the highest level of engineering skills, specialisations, accreditations and strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Alister Richmond, co-founder and technical director at Ping Network Solutions said: “While a relatively young organisation, we have proved our ability to deliver projects to a high standard with consistently high client retention rates. This elevated partner status from Cisco validates us alongside globally recognised technology organisations. It has also given us the confidence and opportunity to push ourselves even further and we have ambitious plans to double our business over the next three years.
“As part of our commitment to deliver world-class engineering to our clients, we have significantly invested in our people to ensure that they hold advanced security, networking and data centre specialisms. As a result, we know that we have the capabilities to deliver the highest level of service for our clients on a daily basis.”
As part of the Cisco Gold Partner Status accreditation, Ping Network Solutions had to meet very strict requirements within the audit process in addition to training engineers in a broad set of Cisco specialisms. As a result, the company can now boast that several staff hold the Cisco Certified Internetwork Experts (CCIE) certification.
The systems integrator was recognised during a recent Cisco Scotland Partner Forum last month. At the same Cisco awards ceremony, Ping Network Solutions was named Architectural Excellence Partner of the Year for Security.
