London, UK, 5th June 2019: Maintel, the cloud and managed services specialist, has opened a new centre of excellence to accelerate the growth of its expertise in digital workplace technology, customer experience, and secure connectivity.
The Maintel Technology Centre is based in Fareham, Hampshire, and will bring together experts in cloud, software development, and artificial intelligence (AI), to solidify Maintel as a leader in communications. The company will invest £4.5m into the centre over the next three years, creating a hub of innovation.
The centre will work towards creating more capabilities and new features for existing technologies, such as unified communications, contact centre platforms, and wide and local area networks, to name just a few.
Additionally, this centre of excellence will support the continued development of Maintel’s bespoke cloud and managed services offering, ICON, which enables businesses to be as effective and efficient as possible.
